Jessica Rogers-Waller
Founder and CEO
Jessica Rogers-Waller started her career as a certified medical assistant and certified phlebotomist more than 14 years ago. She was born in Orrville, Alabama, a small town outside of Selma. She moved with her family and now resides in Montgomery, Alabama. She is married to Lashaun Waller and has three children.
She graduated from Carver High School in 2003 and Fortis College (originally Capps College) Montgomery in 2004 where she received her medical assistant degree.
She started Jes Health Services, LLC in April 2017 because of her passion for phlebotomy and patient care. She has worked in numerous facilities throughout her career including Lab Corp, Dr. Cheryl Zimmerman's office, Southern Diagnostic and many others.
Betty Rogers

Betty Rogers is a certified medical assistant, certified CNA and a certified phlebotomist with experience.
She is the mother of 4 - 2 boys, 2 girls - and 12 grandchildren. She has been a pastor's wife for 30 years in Selma, Alabama.
As the co-director of Jes Health Services and a phlebotomy instructor, she is ready for the challenge of life. She gives all the glory goes to God for her strength and health, and to be able to apply her vast experience to her daily duties.

Sharron Gipson
Business Office Manager
Billing & Coding Instructor
Sharron Gipson is a native of Montgomery, Alabama. She started her career with the NAACP as the Office Secretary through her high school co-op program. Over 25-plus years, Ms Gipson has worked for the Department of Defense, Baptist Health Services, Noland Health Services, and US Food Services. She has held many positions including an insurance billing analyst, customer credit coordinator, billing & coding specialist, administrative assistant, payroll clerk, and customer services representative.
Ms Gipson is married to Derrick Gipson and together they have five children and nine grandchildren. She attended Jefferson Davis High School, Montgomery, Alabama. She graduated from Virginia College with an information technology degree. She is currently taking online classes to finish her bachelor’s degree in business administration.
Her faith in Christ is well groom from childhood. Her home church Free and Accepted Holiness Church is where she found the love of Christ and teaching about the Lord and Savior. She later joined Helicon Missionary Baptist Church where is a faithful, dedicated member, choir director of adult, youth, and praise and worship leader. She loves singing, traveling, and having fun with her family.
Keldrick Cain
Pharmacy Technician Instructor (Volunteer)
Keldrick Cain is the third of 4 siblings. He graduated from Central High School with honors. He enlisted into the United States Marine Corps, and honorably served as a motor vehicle operator for 12 years and a canvassing recruiter for 3 years.
While serving on active duty and returning home to the States, he met his beautiful wife, Courtney. They have been married for 13 years. After retiring from the military, he moved back to Montgomery, Alabama.
While working for FedEx Ground, he decided to make a career change to pharmacy technician and enrolled at Virginia College. Upon graduation, he was offered a job at Turenne PharMedCo as a production technician in the pharmacy department where I he is currently employed. After 6 months, he was promoted to lead pharmacy technician. After serving as lead technician for a year, he accepted a job as a data entry coordinator where he is currently fulfilling those duties. His most recent assignment in his pharmacy technician career is teaching students how to become certified pharmacy technicians at Jes Health Services, LLC.
In his spare time, Mr Cain officiates baseball and basketball games, spends time with his wife, and attends church.
Latrice Jackson
Medical Assistant Instructor (Volunteer)
Latrice Jackson is a native of Eufaula, Alabama. She has lived in Montgomery for more than 13 years. A proud and happy mother of 5 beautiful, intelligent children, she is dedicated to making sure they're able to make their contribution to this world by being their best selves - mentally, spiritually, and physically.
As an allied health care professional (CCMA), Ms Jackson has more than 18 years of health care experience
which includes: geriatric, hospital, hospice, orthopedic, urgent care, family and internal medicine, industrialized
medicine and working with disabled children.
Ms Jackson is currently working on her bachelor's for health care management administration, and hopes to continue helping people achieve their goals. She is honored and proud to be a part of the Jes Health Services team and is looking forward to seeing this school thrive and the allied health care professionals it will produce!
